In yesterday's Krispy Kreme Challenge on campus, Ironman Matt Miller won 2nd overall in the challenger division, finishing under 30 minutes!  To give him even more credit, he was really close behind the 1st place guy, but that guy puked, making Matt the overall-non-puking winner!  Congrats, Matt!

Prices:

Uniform tops will cost $60 and the shorts will be $65.  The shorts have a very nice chamois that makes them good for races as short as sprints or as long as half iron distance.

Dues-paying members will receive $5 off each piece if they're semester-long members or $10 off each piece if they're year-long members.

Uniforms were ordered today and we hope to have them in before the Beach Blast race (which is on September 12th).

On Saturday April 4th, red hills Triathlon took off. We had about 13 FSU Triathletes competing in this race, we did exceptionally well. Starting with the girls, Christine Sanchez took 2nd in her age group with a time of 1:27:05 and Lindsey Hornbuckle came just behind Christine with a time of 1:35:59 taking 4th in her age group. Michelle Dixon came in 5th in her age group with a time of 1:43:52. Whitney Wessels came in right behind her with a time of 1:45:54 taking 6th in her age group. The guys did just as well as the girls with Tommy Barton winning the overall triathlon with a time of 1:09:35, Daniel Crane clocked in a time of 1:13:50 taking 1st in his age group, Austin Boyle came in just behind him with a time of 1:17:03 taking 2nd in his age group, Frank Geraci also finished just behind Austin with a time of 1:24:08 taking 3rd in his age group, Michael Dender came in 2nd in his age group with a time of 1:20:47, Jeremy Richardson came in 4th in his age group with a time of 1:25:09, Alexander Long came in 6th in his age group with a time of 1:26:19, Jeffrey Vivo raced in the Clydesdale division and took 1st with a time of 1:29:45, and last but not least Long Nguyen came in 9th in his age group with a time of 1:39:20.

We also had two of our athletes compete in New Orleans 70.3 Brad McDonald and Jessica Moidel. Brad came in 17th in his age group with a time of 5:26:19 and Jessica came in 3rd in her age group with a time of 5:49:09.

Just want to thank everybody that came out to the race by volunteering or just coming out to support the team, we all appreciated the support and good job to everybody that raced.
